Delivery time to France, Germany and any other EU countries are usually 7-15 working days.

You can easily track the packages, as we will provide link and tracking number upon shipping.
* Based on our experience, sometimes, the tracking information can have major delay in EU countries and United Kingdom, it has something to do with the local logistics system which is out of our control. We apologies for any inconvenience in advance. However, thankfully the delivery time of the package will not be affected.

*Once the package is sent, we can not modify the shipping address for you. Please write all information completely, and do not use abbreviations for city or state/province, the logistics system might not be able to recognize them.
Each dress is custom made in different size and design, therefore we are unable to value the shipping cost in advance. The shipping company will weigh your package and bill us once they receive it.
We have established a long-term & stable partnership with shipping companies such as DHL, EMS, DPD, Fedex, UPS etc., this guarantees our brides will get the best price plus priority services during the busy season.
If you need insurance, please contact your designer for further information before you process the shipping fee. We are not responsible for VAT, customs duties, taxes or other charges in any country that may be required in your country. Please consult your local customs and postal system rules. We are not responsible for theft or loss. Please note that we expect the delivery time to be "estimated". We are not responsible for transport delays, seasonal delays, bad weather or other unforeseeable indirect delays, or delays in shipping, customs delays, backlogs and so on.
We will inform you of the shipping cost once the shipping company bills us, please try to pay it within 3 business days as this is the maximum time shipping company can hold the package. Your package will be automatically sent back to our studio after 3 business days, this will create delay and additional fees for which we can not be held responsible.
Customs & Tax:
All product prices are without custom duties, sales taxes, VAT or any other hidden fees. We don’t charge any tariffs, duties, taxes, VAT or other hidden fees on orders from worldwide. You pay us exactly the price we send on the invoice ( i.e. goods subtotal + plus size fee or rush order fee if there is any.)
In some countries, however, you will need to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Unfortunately, the rules differ in every country, and there is no way for us to know their customs, practices, systems, or laws. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the total amount might be.
Customers are responsible for paying additional charges for taxes or customs clearance. When you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, you will have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s).
Please find out as much as you can about the import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you believe that there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just contact us with your queries. We are more than happy to help.
BridalMelody prides itself with its customer-centric culture as we aim to narrow down the costs for our brides to the bare minimum. For that reason we offer two payments methods aiming to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients.
* Starting from 1st of March 2020, our team is offering a 3% discount for brides choosing direct bank payments.
Local bank account
- We support a direct payment to a local bank account in your own currency (for brides from EU, UK, US, New Zealand and Australia)
- Maximum convenience
- No extra fees
- 50% deposit and rest payment after the dress is complete
- All currencies will be converted into EURO
- Can pay with credit or debit card and bank account balance
- 7% extra PayPal fees to be applied on top of the final price
- Full payment in advance
Fabric samples and separates/accessories can only be paid by direct bank payment. The 3% discounts can be applied on dress prices - including rush order or plus size fees, but would not be applied on fabric samples, accessories, shipping or changing fees during production since those rates are fixed.
Brides from Canada are free to choose the Local bank account payment under USD currency, a fixed rate of extra USD 8 banking fee will be applied on each transaction.
