BridalMelody works with a limited number of bridal stores and independent designers who value original design, quality materials and thoughtful production. Rather than seeking broad distribution, we focus on selected partnerships where we can offer close, experienced support—from developing an original collection to creating a private-label collection for your store.

HOW CAN WE WORK TOGETHER?

Bring your own collection to life

If you are an independent designer or bridal store with a clearly developed concept, our team can help translate your designs into a professionally made collection. We work from your sketches, references and design direction, supporting you with fabric sourcing, pattern development, construction and sampling. Drawing on more than a decade of bridal production experience, we may also recommend practical refinements to improve fit, balance and finish while preserving the identity of your original design.

Create a collection under your own label

If you are drawn to our designs, you can select styles from the BridalMelody collection, curate them into a collection for your store and present them under your own label. Selected gowns may also be adapted through considered changes to fabrics, necklines, sleeves, trains or finishing details to better reflect your brand and market. This offers a more accessible way to create a distinctive private-label bridal collection without developing every design entirely from the beginning.

Collection sampling and minimum order

For collection development and sampling, the minimum order is 5 gowns. These 5 gowns may be the same design produced in different sizes or colours, 5 entirely different designs, or a combination of styles, sizes and colours. This flexibility allows you to create either a focused edit or a broader first collection. If you wish to develop only 1 sample, this can be discussed and quoted separately, but it will not be considered a wholesale collection order. Once we understand your designs, materials and quantities, we will provide a tailored quotation for your project.
