We offer worldwide delivery and work with established international couriers to ensure your gown is shipped safely and efficiently.
Delivery Time
- European Union: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
- Australia, United States and New Zealand: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
Once your gown has been shipped, we will provide a tracking link and tracking number.
Please note that tracking updates may occasionally be delayed, particularly in the EU and the United Kingdom. This does not necessarily mean that the delivery itself has been delayed.
Shipping Address
We will ask you to confirm your shipping information before your gown is dispatched. Please provide the following details:
- Recipient’s full name
- Full street address
- Phone number
- City
- State or province
- Postal or ZIP code
- Country
Please check all information carefully and avoid abbreviations. Once a package has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or correct the delivery address.
Shipping Cost
As every gown is different in size, design and packaging requirements, the final shipping cost cannot be confirmed in advance.
Your package will be weighed once it is ready for dispatch, and we will send you the final shipping quotation before shipment.
Depending on the destination, we work with international carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD and EMS. The most suitable service will be selected based on your location and package requirements.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be available upon request. If you would like to insure your package, please let your designer know before paying the shipping invoice so that the available options and costs can be confirmed.
All delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, seasonal demand, severe weather, local courier delays and other circumstances outside our control may affect the final delivery date.
Payment and Dispatch
Once your package has been weighed, we will send you the final shipping invoice.
Please complete the shipping payment within 3 business days, as couriers can only hold a prepared package for a limited period. Delayed payment may result in the package being returned to our atelier, which could lead to additional costs and a later dispatch date.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Product and shipping prices do not include import duties, customs charges, VAT, sales tax or other fees that may be collected in the destination country.
Any applicable import taxes, duties or customs-clearance charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are usually collected directly by the courier or local customs authority.
As customs regulations vary by country, BridalMelody cannot calculate or guarantee the final amount in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order so that you understand any additional costs that may apply.
