What does BridalMelody offer?
BridalMelody creates one-of-a-kind custom wedding gowns in close collaboration with each bride. We guide you through the design, silhouette, fabric, structure and finishing details, then develop your gown from sketch and pattern through to construction and final quality control.
How do I begin the custom design process?
Begin by sending us your wedding date, delivery country, inspiration images and a description of the gown you have in mind. You do not need to have every detail decided. Once we understand your vision and requirements, we will discuss the design direction with you and provide an individual quotation.
How much does a custom wedding gown cost?
Most BridalMelody custom wedding gowns range from €1,200 to €1,800. The final price depends on the design, fabric, construction and amount of handwork required. Intricate beading, handmade flowers, complex draping or highly structured designs may fall outside this range. Every gown is quoted individually before you decide to proceed.
When should I begin?
Most custom gowns require approximately 5–8 months for design development and production. Consultation time, international delivery and any final local alterations should also be considered, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible.
When our schedule allows, a rush service may be available for an additional €180–€220, depending on the design and required completion date. Rush availability must be confirmed before placing your order.
How does the online measurement process work?
BridalMelody works with brides internationally, so your gown is created using the measurements you provide. We will send you detailed measurement guidance and recommend asking an experienced tailor, seamstress or another person to help take and check your measurements.
Although made-to-measure production helps us create the gown as closely as possible to your measurements, it cannot replace an in-person fitting. Small local alterations may still be required because of posture, body changes or differences in how measurements are taken. We recommend allowing enough time for a final fitting before your wedding.
Can I see the fabrics before choosing?
Yes. We can provide detailed photographs and videos to help you compare fabrics, colours, textures and embellishments. Physical fabric samples may also be arranged, with the sample and shipping costs confirmed in advance. Please allow additional time if you would like to receive physical samples before confirming your gown.
Can I change the design after confirming my order?
Changes may be discussed before fabrics are ordered and production begins. Once the pattern has been developed, materials have been purchased or construction has started, some changes may no longer be possible. Any approved changes may affect the price and completion date, so we recommend carefully reviewing all design details before giving final approval.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, BridalMelody works with brides around the world. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and will be confirmed before dispatch. As customs rules and import charges vary by country, we recommend checking the requirements that apply in your delivery country.
What should I do when my gown arrives?
Please inspect and try on your gown as soon as it arrives. If you notice a concern, contact us within 7 days and include clear photographs and a description so that we can review it with you.
